ALL-COMMUNITY GODSPELL 2025
Before he wrote the music for WICKED, Stephen Schwartz wrote the unforgettable songs of GODSPELL. On August 1, 2, and 3, church members and Littleton community members of any, all, or no Faith traditions are invited to come perform them with us in our first-ever "Columbine United Church Presents" special event!
Whether you're an old pro ready to come out of retirement, or a first-timer ready to make your stage debut... all are welcome to join us for this low-stress/ high-fun community performance experience.
This creative collaboration will feature professional Colorado-based actor/ singer, and Columbine United Church soloist, ANNA MARIA HIGH as Jesus. It will be led by a directorial team of artists whose work has been featured on professional stages all along Colorado's Front Range and beyond!

Sunday, March 9 from 6p to 8p - Columbine United Church Talent Show: Meet members of the creative team and scope out your competition! (J/K. There's no competition among friends.) ;) But please do join us for our church's annual talent show, which supports our summer activities for youth.

Sunday, April 6 from 11:30a to 12:30p - Youth Auditions/ Opportunities to Shine with Anna and Music Director, Martha Yordy. (Ages 5 to 12)

Sunday, April 6 from 6p to 8p - Adult and Teen Auditions/ Opportunities to Shine with Anna; Music Director, Martha Yordy; & Director, Steven J. Burge (Ages 13 and older)

Sunday afternoons, May - July from 2p to 5p - Regular rehearsals (PLEASE NOTE: Not everyone will be needed for every regular rehearsal.)

Weekday evenings, July 29, 30, and 31 from 7p to 10p - Performance week rehearsals (aka - "Tech Week." PLEASE NOTE: Everyone will be needed for Tech Week.)

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Aug. 1, 2, and 3 - Performances! (PLEASE NOTE: Everyone will be needed for all three performances.)

Please prepare no more than 1 min showcasing your talent (song, monologue, dance, etc…) there will be a pianist available to accompany you. If you want to use a track, a Bluetooth speaker will be available as well. If preparing a song to sing is intimidating, Martha is prepared to play Happy Birthday or Jingle Bells, or some other well known song.
